AI Researcher

Work on applied AI for assistants, schema-aware reasoning, intelligent workflows, and natural-language analytics experiences.
Preferred education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent research/project work.
Responsibilities
- Prototype and improve AI features for search, reasoning, automation, and product assistance.
- Explore prompt design, evaluation methods, retrieval workflows, and agent-like product patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering to move research ideas into usable product capabilities.
- Help improve quality, relevance, and trust in AI-generated product outputs.
Required expertise
- 0-2 years of experience or strong fresher-level AI research, experimentation, or ML project work.
- Strong fundamentals in machine learning, LLM concepts, experimentation, and applied problem-solving.
- Ability to read papers, test ideas quickly, and convert findings into practical product improvements.
- Comfort with Python, evaluation thinking, and working across research and engineering.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG, agent systems, LLM evaluation, or applied AI product work.
- Experience through research labs, internships, open-source work, competitions, or serious independent projects.
- Interest in building AI that works inside real product workflows, not just isolated demos.
